Lot & Financing Assistance
If you haven’t yet purchased a lot or partnered with a lender, we’re here to help. We can connect you with trusted realtors and lenders we’ve successfully worked with in the past to guide you through the process.
Home Design Options
You’re welcome to bring your own architectural plans, or we can connect you with one of our experienced architects to design a custom plan that suits your needs.
Finalizing Details
Once your floor plan, lot, and specification list are finalized, we can lock in your final price. This ensures pricing accuracy and helps us deliver the best value without surprises.
Contract & HOA Approval
With everything in place, we’ll proceed to sign the construction contract. We’ll also coordinate with your HOA/ACC to obtain any necessary approvals to move forward.
Construction & Updates
During construction, we provide biweekly walkthroughs or email updates with photos and progress reports. Depending on the size of the home, construction typically takes between 6 to 10 months.
Final Walkthrough & Closing
Once construction is complete, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’ll also assist in finalizing all closing documents to complete the process.
