2. If the customer has not purchased a Lot or not working with a lender, we can help guide you through the process by connecting you with a realtor and lender our company has worked with.
3. Customer can bring in their own plans, or we can recommend one of our experienced architects.
4. Once we have your plan, lot, and specification list, we can lock in your final price. It is important to have all this information to ensure we can provide you with the best low-cost price.
5. Once everything is set, we will sign contracts to begin the building process and work with your HOA /ACC for approval.
6. During the building process, we can provide biweekly walkthroughs of your home or send emails with pictures and updates. Depending on the square foot size of your home, our homes can take anywhere between 6-10 months to complete.
7. After construction, we will provide a final walkthrough to complete your home and finalize your closing documents.
